The Standing Meditation can be a complete
experience, if one has the time, or can be done in two parts.
Part One introduces basic body information needed to
establish a strong Tadasana (Mt. Pose,) including the Bandhas (muscle
locks) and Chakras (nerve centers) . where they are, how they work and
the esoteric interface between the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual
aspects of each being. It is a personal inventory.
Part Two leads you into the deeper realms of being
and invites you to take steps to become one with your higher self . to
be the Warrior, the Witness, the Wise One.
The Warm Ups are a unique and effective
sequence of standing postures and movements are illustrated to assure
a successful and satisfying experience.
SIDE TWO
The Asana Sequence (postures) is designed to stimulate and energize
each Chakra and are presented with Paula Heitzner's unique insight.
